RT9055

RT9055 是雙輸出、低雜訊、低壓差的 300mA 線性穩壓器，其輸出電壓範圍為 0.9V~3.5V ，輸入電壓範圍為 1.5V~5.5V 。RT9055 的輸出電壓精度為 2%，具有極低的輸入輸出電壓降和很低的靜態電流（每路 29μA ），其關機電流幾乎趨於0，是電池供電的可擕式設備的理想之選。它的保護功能包括電流限制、輸出短路保護和過溫保護。RT9055 可與很低容量的陶瓷輸出電容配合穩定工作，對 PCB 空間要求極低，使用成本低廉。RT9055 的封裝是 WL-CSP-6B，擁有 0.8mm x 1.2mm 的小尺寸。
